The role of the job is to professionally deal with all potential clients to establish if they have been miss-sold payment protection insurance (PPI) and see if they are eligible to make a claim, then passing leads to the confirmation manager, who will then take it from there.
Any ideal candidates would have to have previous outbound calls/serious experience with excellent customer service and knowledge skills. Potential candidates must also have previous experience of meeting and exceeding targets.
A strong telephone manner/excellent communication skills are also desirable for this role. If you also have superb organisational and time management skills, and are able to be resilient and flexible in a demanding, fast-paced environment as part of a team, then this could be the job for you!
